About/FAQ

Q: Does Goin' Ape Shit do trades?
A: Yes! We will trade anything, anytime, anywhere, and for any reason, unless you have tried to trade with us in the past and never followed through with your end of the bargain. We don't like to be teased.

Q: I want to place an order, what do i need to do?
A: Right now, we haven't set up the easy-access, web-friendly buttons to help the transaction go smoothly, SO, first step is to e-mail us with a list of what you want. This is especially true for distro items, as we don't update every day. We'll send you a total, and when we receive payment, we will ship the order!

Q: My band wants to release an album on your label, do you accept demos?
A: We love demos, and hearing new tunes; we will listen to your demo. That being said, we are poor, and can't even put out all the records we already want to, so in all likelihood, we won't put your record out. Best advice we can give is to save some cash, and put that shit out yourself. Let us know what your doing, and, hey, maybe we can throw in a few bucks on it or trade some records, but don't get butt-hurt if we don't reply.

Q: I want to buy a Goin' Ape Shit release, but I don't want to order it from your crumby webpage, how can I do this?
A: You can't. Okay, okay, you can. We don't have any real distribution deal, but we try to have our records available online at Interpunk.com, and other labels whose records are in our distro, hopefully have our records in theirs. As far as record stores go, Toxic Ranch in Tucson carries our stuff, Revolver Records in Phoenix more than likely has our stuff, and some random stores we stopped at on tour in the southwest U.S. might or might not have it. The owners of this label are members of the bands Sabertooth Snatch, Lenguas Largas, Swamp Wolf, Kid Puto and Line of Fire, so if one of those bands is playing the records will be at the show. Also try hitting up the band whose record you want.
